Please include the email address or account identifier connected with your request, a short description of the issue, and any relevant dates or screenshots. Do not send sign-in credentials, verification codes, private keys, or payment information.

Safety reports

For abuse, impersonation, threats, fraud, suspicious activity, or content concerns, contact support@2016chat.com and include enough context for review. See the Safety / Reporting page for more guidance.

Appealing a suspension

If your account was suspended or disabled and you believe it was a mistake, email support@2016chat.com to request a review. Include the username or account email connected with the account and a short description of what happened. We review appeals and restore accounts that were suspended in error.
